The original species culture is an important part of the mushroom cultivation. The traditional method is to use wood chips, cereals and other raw materials as the culture medium. The preparation method is complicated and needs to be carried out in a special culture room, and the cost is high. The use of autumn leaves as the main raw material makes the composition of the culture medium simpler and cheaper. It can be carried out in ordinary rooms and is conducive to popularization among ordinary farmers. First of all, put the Sycamore (also known as French Indus) leaves (95%), gypsum powder (2.5%), sugar (1%), compound fertilizer (0.6%), urea (0.6%) and carbendazim (0.3%) according to the brackets The proportion of the medium is mixed and made into the original culture medium. The culture material is put into a plastic bag, and water is added to knead the culture material by hand, and the hand is wet and the water-free beads flow is suitable. After the plastic bag was sealed, it was placed in an environment of 30°C and allowed to ferment for 7-9 days. After the fermented culture material is loaded into a 17 cm 30 cm high temperature resistant polypropylene plastic bag to 5 cm in height, a wooden or glass rod is inserted vertically, and the diameter of the rod is about 2 cm. Continue charging to 20 cm, compact and pull out the stick. Put a plastic ring on the mouth of the bag and seal it with cotton (or newspaper). The medium was autoclaved with 0.1-0.12 mPa for 20 minutes, cooled to room temperature, and inoculated under an alcohol lamp. (The buck can't be too fast to prevent the plastic bag from bursting.) When inoculating, put small pieces of potato seed into the hole after the glass rod is taken out, one for the hole and one for the middle. After sealing, culture was performed at 20°C. After 40 to 50 days of growth, mycelium grows over the entire bag and can be preserved or cultured. If dried leaves are used as the culture material, the growth of mycelium is relatively slow, and the time for the mycelium to fill the bag is 10 days behind the average with fresh leaves. However, the fresh non-dried leaves cultivate the mycelial growth of the original mushroom species. Therefore, ordinary farmers can use fresh leaves directly without having to dry them. However, if leaves are kept for use, they must be dried to prevent rot. The majority of farmers can make full use of the fallen leaves of Platanus platyphylla as a reliable medium for the cultivation of northern China and China. It can be seen that the use of autumnal leaves as raw material for the original culture medium of the mushroom is simple and inexpensive, and it can be popularized among ordinary farmers.
