The wear of the guide wheels has reached the limit of scrapping, and the guide wheels have wobbled heading during driving. The second reason is that the bracket bushing of the knuckle shaft is heavily worn, the positioning force is reduced, and the front wheel is shook. This is an important reason for the early wear of the front wheel. Solution: Replace the new bushing. A copper gasket can be clamped in the bushing according to the size of the gap after the wear. The bushing is periodically filled with oil. After the above-mentioned maintenance, the guide wheel wears normally and the service life is extended to 2 to 3 years.

(4) The clutch release bearing is hot or damaged. A belt rotating small four-wheel tractor clutch release bearing is a sealed one-way thrust ball bearing, the design requirements only to withstand a small axial thrust (bearing force of about 260 ~ 320kg when separated), generally does not bear radial force. At work, the separation bearing rotates along with the clutch housing, and after touching it, the bearing is hot to touch. The reason for this is that the clutch does not have a clearance (caused by improper adjustment or after the wear of the clutch has not been adjusted in time), so that the release bearing rotates with the release lever. This will not only affect the normal operation of the clutch, but also cause the separation bearing to heat up, resulting in long-term operation and damage. Adjust as required to maintain normal clearance between the release lever and the release bearing.

(5) Causes and elimination of rocking axis roll-out. (6) Violent "clenching" sounds at high speed and low speed. This sound in the gearbox body is a sign that the differential housing and cover are about to “cut their necks”.
