The 4th Li Shizhen Medical Culture and Industry Development Forum Held in Wuchang

The 4th Li Shizhen Medical Culture and Industry Development Forum was held in Wuchang on the afternoon of the 7th. More than 200 experts and scholars from both sides of the Taiwan Strait and industrial circles attended the forum to discuss issues such as the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine.

On the 7th of October in Wuchang, Taiwan, China, as an important event of the 8th Hubei and Wuhan Taiwan Week, the 4th Li Shizhen Medical Culture and Industry Development Forum was held in Wuchang on the afternoon of the 7th. More than 200 experts and scholars from both sides of the Taiwan Strait People from the industrial circles participated in the forum to discuss topics such as the inheritance and development of Chinese medicine.

The Li Shizhen Forum on both sides of the Taiwan Strait has been held for three sessions. The same blood and culture of scholars and practitioners on both sides of the Taiwan Strait have made the topic of the cross-strait inheritance and development of Chinese medicine continue to be extended.

At the forum, Dr. Yang Sheng, the State Food and Drug Administration, explained the progress in the registration and internationalization of traditional Chinese medicines and natural botanicals; Lin Zhaogeng, chairman of the Taiwanese Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine, gave an in-depth analysis of the situation of education in Chinese medicine in Taiwan; Bai Yu, head of the Pharmaceutical Development Department of the Pharmaceutical Group, introduced the company's strategy of excavating the ancient side and continuously innovating the experience of the Chinese medicine industry; Li Wei, a member of the Taiwanese Traditional Chinese Medicine Committee, gave a detailed introduction of the status quo and future development of the Chinese medicine industry in Taiwan.

The speeches of eight experts, scholars, and people in the industry are all different. However, they all share the heritage of Li Shizhen's medical culture in exchanges and cooperation, and continue to expand the Chinese medicine industry to benefit the people on both sides of the Strait.

Before the forum began, a brief opening ceremony was held. Tian Chengzhong, deputy governor of Hubei Province and Yu Wenming, deputy director of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, respectively, addressed the forum and congratulated on the opening of the forum.
