The cost of mushroom, the market price is usually equivalent to 1 to 2 times that of common shiitake mushrooms, and the production efficiency is high. Therefore, when mushroom cultivation, people are more willing to cultivate mushroom, in order to improve their own production efficiency. It is an ideal season to cultivate flowering mushrooms from late autumn to early spring, especially in winter. However, in actual production, some mushroom farmers produce less than ideal amount of mushroom, and even no mushroom. In fact, as long as we have a good grasp of the material elements and management elements that produce mushrooms, we can produce more mushrooms.

First, produce the material element of mushroom

1. Strain requirements. Due to biological characteristics, some strains will produce mushroom if the conditions are right, and some strains are not. Therefore, the strains must be detoxified, resistant to low temperature and drought resistance, the ratio of single mushroom is high, it is easy to produce mushroom .

2. Base material requirements. Wood chips are required to be hard broad-leaved species, and the base material has comprehensive and balanced nutrition, low moisture content, and slightly larger base material particles.

3. Fungus rod requirements. The requirements for inoculation are uniform and the layout is reasonable; the germination temperature is appropriate, and the hyphae are fully ripe after ripening, and the color is ideal, without pests and diseases.

Second, the production of mushroom management elements

1. Regulate temperature. The optimum temperature for producing mushroom is 5°C~12°C. The initial stage is slightly higher. After the surface of the mushroom bud is cracked, the temperature is lowered to carry out the “bud”. The purpose is to make it fully thick and thick, that is, the so-called “horizontal development”. ". When the length of the cap is longer than 2 cm in diameter, it is suitably kept at about 12°C to speed up its growth. When the cap diameter reaches 5 cm, it continues to regulate the low temperature and maintains it at 5 °C ~ 9 °C, so that when the cap is thickened, it grows slowly. When the diameter of the cap is as long as 6 to 8 cm, it can be transferred to the stage to be harvested. In this management, generally, the temperature in the early flowering stage should be raised, and the humidity should be lowered. The later growth stage can be achieved by uncovering the cover on the mushroom shed. In particular, the flowering stage, such as the use of a greenhouse water temperature air conditioner, can be more effective. good.

2. Regulate moisture. The air humidity during the budding stage should be less than 80%. Once budding, it is strictly reduced to less than 50% so as to “push flowers”. The growth phase of the shucking of the shiitake mushroom is basically maintained at this humidity, and even if it is to be harvested later, it should not be higher than 70% relative humidity.

3. Ventilation. Ventilation during the budding phase is not required. At the flowering stage, ventilation management should be strengthened, especially in the cold season, and it is also beneficial to flowering. During the growth phase of the mushroom mushroom, the wind power of 2 to 3 levels can effectively maintain the normal growth of the mushroom. However, in the early spring season, the natural wind is generally dry and large. For the bacilli used in the bag cultivation, the loss of water from the bacilli is not good for yield protection. Therefore, appropriate shelter should be provided, such as hanging grasshoppers and other measures. Well resolved.

4. Regulate lighting. Excluding the budding stage, the growth phase of the mushroom requires good sunshine conditions from beginning to end, especially when the winter temperature is low. Good daylight (usually more than 6 hours daily) can well maintain the widening and deepening of the mushroom pattern.
