Test purposes Freshwater cultured herring and four major species in inland water often cause high feed rates and survival rates due to water quality. In this experiment, the ecological environment of freshwater aquaculture was improved through the use of a microecological agent, Yishuisu, to verify its practical application effects in terms of improving survival rate, tail weight, yield, reducing feed coefficient, and improving aquaculture efficiency. 2 Test materials 2.1 Test tanks 2.1.1 Location: Tongwei Fisheries Research Center 2.1.2 Pond conditions: The test is divided into 2 groups, each group is equipped with a test tank and a control tank. Test group I: test pool area 5.5 mu, control pond area 5.5 mu, silt thickness at the end of the test tank and control tank 60 cm; test group II: test pool area of ​​15.3 mu, control pool area of ​​18.7 mu, test pool and control tank The bottom sludge thickness is 1.3m. 2.1.3 Water source: Dongfengqu water is used as aquaculture water source and is a water system of the Minjiang River. 2.2 Selection of microbial agents The “Gangfa” brand Yishuisu developed by Zhangzhou Wang’s Material Technology Research Institute had a market price of 22 yuan/kg. 2.3 The seedling test group I was all of Qingbo, and the seedlings were purchased from Meishan. The test group II was grass carp. The four major home-grown fish, seedlings are self-produced by Tongwei. 2.4 Feeds are used in each group of feedstuffs. The price of green wave feeds for test group I is 3 000 yuan/t; the price for fish feeds for test group II is 2 200 yuan/t. 2.5 Mechanical Each pool is equipped with a 2kw aerator. 3 Trial content 3.1 Pre-stocking preparation As each pool is an old pond that was built in the 1950s, all pools were not treated before stocking. 3.2 Stocking situation: The Qingbo No. 3 pond was stocked on April 11, 2003; the Qingbo No. 4 pond was stocked on May 12, 2003; the adult fish pond No. 3 was stocked on December 20, 2002; the adult fish pond No. 4 was December 21, 2002 stocking.
