Third, supporting equipment

Common large-scale wheat combine harvesters mainly include Xinjiang No. 2 and Futian Gushen. Small combine harvesters mainly include 3L-0.5, 4L-0.75 and 4LD-150 types. Windrowers mainly include 4GL series self-propelled windrowers.

Fourth, pay attention to matters

1, start. Before starting the unit, the shift lever should be placed in neutral; the power input clutch of the thresher is placed in the disengaged position and then started. For a dual-power model equipped with an additional diesel engine, the power of the rear thresher must be engaged before the operation starts. After the start of the operation, the power of the header can be engaged to allow the tractor to walk.

2. The unit started. Before starting the unit, the harvester transmission clutch should be closed to make it work. At the same time, pay attention to observing whether there are people or obstacles in the front and rear of the unit and do a good job of safe operation so as not to hurt people or damage the property. 3, the field passes. The unit should reduce speed and drive cautiously in case of harsh road conditions, such as a ditch gorge, so as not to cause excessive impact and damage the machine.

4, pay attention to observe the fault. During the operation, the operator should concentrate on observing and listening to the operation of various parts of the machine and master the throttle according to the load.
