Feeling grateful for a productive week following a holiday! There’s been so much fun mixed in with all the hard work. Here’s what we’ve been soaking up lately:

  • Spending cozy afternoons at indoor play areas with friends when the weather turned gloomy.
  • We stumbled upon a fantastic splash park—super close to home, totally free, and absolutely delightful.
  • The arrival of the first cherries of the season! And, naturally, we decided to bake mini cherry pies with them. Stay tuned for the recipe!
  • Refreshing dips in the pool during lazy afternoons.
  • Freshly squeezed juice—it’s become part of our daily routine, blending everything from apples to carrots.
  • Working from our little home office space, which has quickly become a favorite spot.
  • A visit to a nearby farm where we picked up fresh eggs and got to cuddle baby goats and hold tiny chicks.
  • Riding bikes along scenic trails.
  • More swimming—it’s quickly becoming a weekly ritual.
