In the high-frequency regeneration and high-efficiency gene transformation technology system, 33 transgenic lines with 3 resistant genes were obtained. Through artificial mutagenesis and conventional crossbreeding, a new hexaploid and tetraploid new germplasm was obtained in Jisela for the first time in the world, and fertility was improved. Two tetraploid new stocks of Y1 and Y2 were selected. This opens up new avenues for the breeding of sweet cherry rootstocks.
